I've never tried an aftershave and had heard good things about Noble Otter, so I thought I'd give it a go in an effort so that I (a 34 y/o man-child) would appear more sophisticated to my wife. Immediately after submitting my order the thought that buying an aftershave with an otter dressed up as a dinosaur on the label called "RAWR" was NOT the way to come across as more "sophisticated" and I was hit like a freight train with buyers remorse. However, that quickly went away after receiving my order and opening the bottle. Although the description mentions fruity floral scents first the main one that hits me and my wife is the cedar! I smell fancy! There are definitely other fragrances in there but (to us at least) it's mostly cedar with a very little bit of floral and then maybe some fruity. I was worried it would be much fruitier. I have a lime moisturiser from Alexander Simpson and THAT is fruity. This is much more subtle. I'm really happy with the scent, still manly but not "old man", a little bit goes a long way and it sticks around a decent amount of time. Remember, a fragrance should be discovered, not announced!

Wonderful scent

The aftershave itself works well, and the playful scent evokes the bright outdoors. Would highly recommend this if the idea appeals to you.

A nourishing and fragrant post shave

Noble Otter makes great shaving products and RAWR is no exception. The splash absorbs readily and has a stronger scent profile than the soap. The dandelion and orange is a standout for me and the neroli really comes into it's own as it drys down. A great addition to any shave routine.
