Natural butters like shea and mango are made up of fatty acids with different melting points. If Beardbrand Utility Balm is exposed to high temperatures, it will melt. When left to solidify slowly, the fatty acids in the natural ingredients will bind together. This is normal. You can warm the product in your hand, and it will melt into a smooth balm.
